Weber-Gubler syndrome; hemiparesis alternans oculomotoria; superior alternating hemiplegia

Pathology: - occlusion of the paramedian branches of the posterior cerebral artery - midbrain stroke resulting from occlusion of paramedian branches of the posterior cerebral artery, affecting - substantia nigra - corticospinal tract - corticobulbar tract - oculomotor nerve Clinical manifestations: - oculomotor nerve palsy - contralateral hemiparesis or hemiplegia.
