WAVE1 complex
Function:
- activated by NCK1, RAC1
- dissociation of the complex releases activated WASF1 which may link tyrosine kinases with the actin cytoskeleton
- CYFIP2 binds to activated RAC1 resulting in dissociation of the complex & release of WASF1

- ABI2, CYFIP2, C3orf10/BRK1, NCKAP1 & WASF1/WAVE1
- within the complex, a heterodimer containing NCKAP1 & CYFIP1 interacts with a heterotrimer formed by WAVE1, ABI2 & BRK1
