Indications:
- amblyopia
- strabismus
- heterophoria
- esophoria
- exophoria
- myopia
- nystagmus
Procedure:
- may include eye exercises, use of eye patches, penlights, mirrors, lenses, prisms, & patches
- orthoptics are exercises designed to improve the function of the eye muscles
- pleoptics are exercises designed to improve impaired vision when there is no evidence of organic eye diseases
