Vaxelis; hexavalent vaccine (DTaP-IPV-Hib-HepB)

Indications: hexavalent vaccine for immunization against - diphtheria - tetanus - pertussis - poliomyelitis - hepatitis B - Haemophilus influenzae type b children aged 6 weeks-4 years Dosage: - 3-dose series at ages 2, 4, & 6 months additional dose of pertussis vaccine required Notes: - not be available until 2020
