Indications: - evaluation of recent or prior infection with SARS-CoV2 - patients should be >= 15 days post-symptom onset Mecbanism of action: - next generation sequencing based test to aid in identifying individuals with an adaptive T cell immune response to SARS-CoV-2 - analyzes DNA sequences from T cells to identify individuals with an adaptive T cell immune response to SARS-CoV-2 - a T cell response may be detected in blood several days after initial infection Notes: - test was built with machine learning [2] - the approach involves mapping SARS CoV2 antigens to their matching receptors on the surface of T cells [2]
