trichoepithelioma
Benign skin appendage tumors with hair differentiation.
Clinical manifestations:
1) lesions appear at puberty
2) distribution: face, less frequently on scalp, neck & upper trunk
3) lesions often begin as a few small pink papules, then gradually increase in size & number
4) lesion may be solitary or multiple
5) lesions may become quite large
6) lesions may appear nodular or as ill-defined plaques
