Etiology:
- recurrent tonsillitis

Clinical manifestations:
- mouth-breathing
- halitosis
- snoring
- decreased appetite
- poor weight gain
- longstanding fatigue
Complications:
- sleep apnea
- dysphagia
Management:
- tonsillectomy if indicated
