tezepelumab-ekko (Tezspire)

Indications: - uncontrolled asthma in adults (FDA-approved for severe asthma) - adjunctive treatment with long-acting beta-agonists & inhaled glucocorticoids - may improve sleep [6] - added to SQ immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis due to cat allergies [4] * reduces exacerbations, improves lung function, controls asthma control, & improves health-related quality of life in patients with severe, uncontrolled asthma [2] Dosage: - 70 mg SQ every 4 weeks - 210 mg SQ every 4 weeks - 280 mg SQ every 2 weeks Mechanism of action: - inhibits thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP)
