tafasitamab-cxix (Monjuvi)
Indications:
- treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma -for use in combonation with lenalidomide
Contraindications:
- pregnancy
Adverse effects:
- infusion site reactions
- myelosupression
- infections
- most coomn (> 20%)
- neutropenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia
- cough, pyrexia, peripheral edema, respiratory tract infection
- diarrhea
- fatigue, decreased appetite.
