Epidemiology:

Pathology:
- cystic dilation of Cowper's gland (bulbourethral gland) ducts
Clinical manifestations:
- in adults
- persistent post-void dribbling
- urinary frequency
- urethral pain
- hematuria
- sudden urethral discharge
Special laboratory:
- urethrocystoscopy
- retrograde urethrogram
Management:
- surgery
- transurethral marsupialization
