Indications:
- 9 item screening tool to classify patients with low back pain into 1 of 3 subgroups:
- low risk
- medium risk
- high risk
Procedure:
- questions pertain to the past 2 weeks
- back pain has spread down legs
- shoulder pain &/or neck pain
- walking limited to short distances due to back pain
- dressing oneself difficult due to back pain
- feeling unsafe to be physically active
- worrying
- helplessness, discouragement
- anhedonia
- rating of functionality
