Spine pain is defined as pain that occurs in the neck or back. [1] Management:* - 6-8 weeks of an individualized postural therapy* or a multidisciplinary biopsychosocial intervention known the Identify, Coordinate, & Enhance (ICE) care model that includes physical therapy are associated with small reductions in pain-related disability at 3 months vs usual care [1] - effects are sustained & clinically meaningful at 12 months - spending did not differ significantly between ICE & usual care - individualized postural therapy increased spending vs usual care * graphic illustration of individualized postural therapy by Syrek R [1]
