sacral foramina
Represent the intervertebral foramina. The pelvic and dorsal sufaces of the sacrum have 4 pairs of it . The anterior (pelvic) ones are larger than the posterior ones.
Function: Exit of the dorsal rami and ventral rami of the spinal nerves
