Pathology:
- associated with neuropathologic features consistent with Alzheimer's disease
Clinical manifestations:
- features of mild cognitive impairment on clinical history but without neuropsychological deficits
- accelerated rates of progression to mild cognitive impairment & Alzheimer's disease, but a slower rate of progression to Alzheimer's disease than mild cognitive impairment
Special laboratory:
- LASSI-L (cognitive assessment)
Radiology:
- imaging features consistent with Alzheimer's disease
