Etiology: - vitamin B12 deficiency - Parkinson's disease [2] Clinical manifestations: - high-frequency tremor in the legs induced or increased in severity with assuming an erect or standing position - tremor resolves with sitting or action [1] Differential diagnosis: - continuation of resting tremor in patients with Parkinson's disease Management: - pure postural tremor in patients with Parkinson's disease responds to deep brain stimulation
