Nikolsky's sign

Etiology: - Stevens-Johnson syndrome & toxic epidermal necrolysis (bullous) - pemphigus vulgaris - erythema multiforme (more severe forms) Clinical manifestations: - lateral pressure by fingers on skin adjacent to bullae dislodges the epidermis & extends the bullae
