Etiology:
1) rheumatoid arthritis (lasts > 1 hour, improved with activity)
2) osteoarthritis (brief, localized, usually < 1/2 hour)
3) ankylosing spondylitis (low back, improved with activity)
4) polymyalgia rheumatica
