Medicare reimbursed services at SNF: 1) tube feeding - >= 50% of calories/day 2) renal dialysis with monitoring (new diagnosis only) 3) bladder & bowel training 4) parenteral pain management 5) IV antibiotics 6) IV fluids with supplements 7) physical therapy, occupational therapy &/or speech therapy 5x/week 8) tracheal suctioning at least twice/shift 9) injectable medications every 8 hours or BID 10) sterile wound care daily
