1) 27-54 mg BID-TID
2) 100 mg QID
3) dosage adjustment &/or monitoring necessary in patients with renal failure
Pharmacokinetics:
1) 15 to 30% absorbed following oral administration

Adverse effects:
1) diarrhea
2) hypotension
3) abdominal cramps
4) muscle weakness
5) respiratory depression
Drug interactions:
- may increase effects of non-depolarizing neuromuscular junction blockers
