Indications:
- prevention of bronchospasm in patients with COPD
- for use in combination with LABA
Contraindications:
- myasthenia gravis
- unstable cardiovascular status
- acute hemorrhage
- glaucoma
- paralytic ileus
- severe ulcerative colitis
- Sjogren syndrome[
- when anticholinergic agents (parasympatholytics) are contraindicated
