Leser Trelat sign

Multiple seborrheic keratosis. Etiology: - adenocarcinoma - breast cancer - gastrointestinal cancer - urogenital cancer Epidemiology: - seborroheic keratoses are common - Leser-Trelat sign is rare Clinical manifestations: - rapid onset of multiple (> 100) small apruritic lesions (seborrheic keratosis) - inflammation of numerous seborrheic keratoses - may occur in associated with acanthosis nigricans
