Kunitz-type serine protease inhibitor [KPI] domain

Kunitz-type serine protease inhibitor domain. Occurs in 751 & 771 amino-acid isoforms of the amyloid precursor protein (APP). In human platelets, this domain serves as an inhibitor of coagulation factor XIa.
