Pathology: Causes of enlarged kidney: 1) obstruction 2) infiltration a) amyloidosis b) leukemia c) diabetes mellitus 3) acute glomerulonephritis 4) acute tubulointerstitial nephropathy 5) renal vein thrombosis 6) polycystic kidney disease Calcifications: 1) urolithiasis 2) tuberculosis 3) aneurysms 4) renal papillary necrosis
