ischemic renal disease

Etiology: - renal hypoperfusion Clinical manifestations: - clinical presentations a) acute renal failure b) progressive azotemia in a patient with known renovascular hypertension* c) unexplained progressive azotemia in an elderly patient with or without refractory hypertension d) hypertension & azotemia in a renal transplant patient * in patients with wth renovasvascular hypertesnion, ischemic renal disease can occur when blood pressure is in the normal range [2,3]
