interferon [IFN] gamma receptor

Putative receptor associated molecule, so far unidentified [From ref 1]. It is assumed that IFN-gamma receptor alpha is identical to the IFN-gamma receptor in ref 1 & that IFN-gamma receptor beta is the accessory factor. Both JAK1 & JAK2 must be present for functional activation via the IFN-gamma receptor.
