Indications: - evaluation of - uterine malformations - Asherman's syndrome - female infertility - fallopian tube occlusion - especially with history of pelvic inflammatory disease - confirmation of tubal ligation Contraindications: - pregnancy Procedure: - radiographic studies of the uterus & fallopian tubes following injection of a radiopaque material through the cervix
