high molecular weight [HMW] kininogen; alpha-2 thiol proteinase inhibitor (KNG1)

Normally exists in plasma in a 1:1 complex with prekallikrein. HMW kininogen supports reciprocal activation of factor XII, factor XI & prekallikrein.
