Etiology: - eye infection - ocular inflammation - eye trauma or trauma to surrounding structures - vascular tumors of the eye or surrounding structures - eyelid hemangioma [1] - retrograde epistaxis. Clinical manifestations: - bloody tears - vision & extraocular movements may be necessary Management: - timolol eyedrops for eyelid hemangioma [1]
