Etiology:
- inhalation of bacterial endotoxin or mycotoxin in grain dust
Clinical manifestations:
1) dyspnea
2) fever
3) myalgias
4) cough
Laboratory:
- peripheral blood leukocytosis
Special laboratory:
- pulmonary function test
a) obstructive pattern
b) no diffusion abnormality
