Clinical manifestations:
- lateral hip pain
Differential diagnosis:
- trochanteric bursitis
- iliotibial band syndrome
- meralgia paresthetica
Management:
- education about load management plus exercise better than
- ultrasound guided glucocorticoid injection bettter than
- observation
