Vitamin B12 500 ug 400 ug
Vitamin B6 15 mg 25 mg
Indications:
1) treatment of folate, vitamin B12 or vitamin B6 deficiency
2) treatment of hyperhomocysteinemia
3) NO benefit for secondary stroke prevention [1]
Dosage: 1 tab PO QD
Mechanism of action:
- diminished mean serum homocysteine levels from 13.4 umo/L to 11 umol/L
