Pathology:
- disorder in watershed between epilepsy & movement disorders
- transitional presentation of limbic encephalitis
Clinical manifestations:
- bilateral or unilateral arm flexion & facial contraction laterally every 20-30 minutes of 10-30 duration (case report) [1]
Laboratory:
- LGI1 Ab in CSF
Management:
- refractory to anticonvulsants
- response to immunosuppression
