Etiology: - idiopathic Pathology: - inflammatory condition Clinical manifestations: - progressive appearance of macules gray-brown in color, oval to polygonal in shape on neck, trunk & extremities - erythematous rim may be noted - lesions generally symmetric * images [1,2] Management: - poorly responsive to treatment
