Indications: - Covid-19 vaccine & Covid-19 vaccine booster - influenza vaccine annually - 1 time Tdap, then dT every 10 years - Herpes zoster vaccine once age > 60 years unless immunocompromised - pneumococcal vaccination - Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommends routine use of: - 15-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (Prevnar)* + - 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine (Pneumovax) - in this order 1 year later (CDC) [4] - 20-valent Prevnar (PCV20) without Pneumovax (PPSV23) 1 year later is alternative [4] - see pneumococcal vaccine for details - other vaccines as indicated - measles-mumps-rubella vaccine - varicella vaccine (incompatible with shingles vaccine) - hepatitis A vaccine - hepatitis B vaccine - meningococcal vaccine [5]
