Drug interactions: 1) warfarin effect can be INCREASED with: a) metronidazole b) macrolides c) quinolones d) sulfonamides e) azoles (fluconazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole..) 2) warfarin effect can be DECREASED if taken with: a) dicloxacillin [1,2] b) nafcillin c) rifampin (may take weeks) d) griseofulvin (may take weeks)
