Drug interactions: - tamoxifen is metabolized by cyt P450 2D6 to an active metabolite - paroxetine (Paxil) inhibits cyt P450 2D6. thus co-admnistration of paroxetine & tamoxifen may result low levels of active tamoxifen metabolite
