Drug interactions: - combined use of PDE5 inhibitors & increases risk of orthostatic hypotension - increased all-cause mortality when also prescribed nitrate (RR=1.4) [2] - nitrates might be less harmful than previously thought [1] - not taking the two medications in close temporal proximity may minimize interaction [1]
