Drug interactions: - raloxifene (Evista) may diminish absorption of levothyroxine (Synthroid), resulting in diminished levothyroxine bioavailability. - interaction occurs when drugs taken together, but NOT when separated by 12 hours. Management: - advise patients to take one medication in the morning, the other at night
