Adverse effects: - rash (acneiform eruption) - topical clindamycin 2% plus hydrocortisone 1% lotion BID until resolution of the rash, plus minocycline 100 mg PO BID for a minimum of 4 weeks & continuing until resolution of the rash (NGC [CancerControl Alberta]) [1] - paronychia [1] - interstitial lung disease [2]
