3) new proposed rule would allow physician to prescribe up to 90 day supply of class 2 agents
4) Dec 19, 2007, DEA will allow multiple same day prescriptions allowing a patient to receive over time a 90 day supply of class 2 controlled substance; each script still only allows for 30 days of medication [4]
