Used as combination chemotherapy for breast cancer.
Dosage:
1) cyclophosphamide 500 mg/m2 IV, day 1
2) doxorubicin 60 mg/m2 IV, day 1
3) fluorouracil 500 mg/m2 IV, day 1
4) 21 day cycle x 4
