cyclophosphamide/methotrexate/5-fluorouracil (CMF)
Used as combination chemotherapy for breast cancer.
Dosage:
1) cyclophosphamide 100 mg/m2 PO, days 1-14
2) methotrexate 40 mg/m2 IV, days 1 & 8
3) fluorouracil 600 mg/m2 IV, days 1 & 8
4) 28 day cycle x 4
