Origin: left coronary sinus Branches: 1) left anterior descending artery (LAD) 2) left circumflex artery Course: -> passes between the pulmonary artery & the left atrium, then divides immediately into the left anterior descending & left circumflex arteries Pathology: - 50% stenosis of the left main coronary artery is considered angiographically significant coronary artery disease.
