classical conditioning

Procedure: - behavior modification in which a subject is conditioned to respond to a previously neutral stimulus, by associating it with an unconditioned stimulus (something that initiates an emotional response in the subject). Notes: - the process was made famous by Ivan Pavlov & his experiments conducted with dogs (Pavlog's dog)
