Indications: 1) dandruff 2) seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp Dosage: 1) shampoo twice weekly 2) massage into wet scalp 3) allow to remain on scalp in 3 minutes 4) repeat application 5) rinse thoroughly 6) avoid contact with eyes Shampoo: 2% (120 mL) Adverse effects: 1) irritation & burning of scalp 2) discoloration of light hair
