Etiology: - exposure to halogenated hydrocarbons, including dioxin - cutaneous, inhalation, ingestion Epidemiology: - halogenated hydrocarbons are found in a) industrial products: cutting oil, herbicides - dioxin, agent orange b) chemical warfare agents c) contaminated food products Clinical manifestations: - large monomorphic comedones, evolving into severe inflammatory scarring lesions
