1) neurofibromatosis type 1 (von-Recklinghausen's disease)
2) Bloom's syndrome
3) McCune-Albright syndrome
4) Fanconi anemia
5) multiple endocrine neoplasia [MEN] type 2B
6) Nijmegen breakage syndrome
7) Turcot syndrome
Pathology:
- excess of melanosomes in malphigian cells
Clinical manifestations:
- color: light to dark brown
