Indications:
- treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease
Contraindications:
- can cause fetal harm
Dosage:
- 200 mg PO QD
Tabs: 200 mg
Adverse effects:
- > 20%: infections, asthenia, nausea, diarrhea, dyspnea, cough, edema, hemorrhage, abdominal pain, musculoskeletal pain, headache, hypophosphatemia, increased serum gamma glutamyl transferase, lymphopenia, hypertension
Mechanism of action:
- inhibits ROCK1 & ROCK2
