Procedure:
- sudomotor
- quantitative sudomotor axon reflex test (QSART)
- silastic sweat imprint
- thermoregulatory sweat test
- changes in sympathetic skin potential
- vasomotor adrenergic innervation (sympathetic function)
- beat-to-beat blood pressure & R-R interval changes during Valsalva maneuver
- at least 5 minutes of passive tilt
- cardiovagal innervation (parasympathetic function)
- heart rate response to deep breathing with recorded R-R interval
- Valsalva ratio
- 30:15 ratio
