aryepiglottic fold (arytenoepiglottidean fold)

A prominent fold of mucous membrane stretching between the lateral margin of the epiglottis & the arytenoid cartilage on either side. - encloses the aryepiglottic muscle (aryepiglottic part of oblique arytenoid muscle.
